RECRUITING AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS

We work with clients to create performance management systems including semiannual performance reviews and coaching of managers on how to deliver actionable feedback. Performance systems develop the consultants and also the entire consulting group, identifying skill levels and gaps.

We help clients develop an overall recruiting strategy including a profile, talent search, and an interview process. We coach internal consultants on interviewing techniques, assist them to uncover the necessary skills and qualities for their group, and ensure a consistent high quality experience for candidates and the internal consulting team. We are not recruiters yet we are well-connected with all the top-tier firms and executive search firms who place former consultants.
