TRAINING PROGRAMS

Training programs present problem solving frameworks and techniques in tandem with new approaches to developing strong relationships with internal clients. Consultants learn and discuss new methods then apply these to a consulting engagement from understanding the nature of the problem, constructing an analytical approach, through communicating an answer and an implementation plan to clients. The consulting projects used in classes are based on real clients and challenges. Many classes also use cases based on previous projects tackled by the internal consulting group.

Training programs are usually two or three days in length – but can be one day. Key elements of the programs include problem structuring and solving, communications, leadership, client interactions/influence, managing productive conflict, and teamwork. Usually programs have a case project outside of their industry on day 1 and then day 2 or 3 has an internal (past or present) project. Many programs include feedback to individual consultants and/or to the group as a whole, from their internal clients.

Please contact us for curricula or let us work with you to develop your own program – for you or our firm to teach inhouse.

same high-quality problem solving process that enabled them to create solutions and work more effectively with our senior management and their consulting teams."

"We asked for additional training on communications and team work and it really produced results for us."
